PROCESS
Step 1: Email us
Simply email us with your artwork in PDF format. If you are sending us ai, psd or any other format please outline all your fonts in illustrator or send us all the fonts you have used with your design. Otherwise we cannot open your files properly.
Step 2: Confirm your proof
We will send you a proof back via email for your confirmation. You need to check all the spellings and details etc carefully. If you need any changes, we will amend the design and resend you a final proof. Cancellation and refund will NOT apply after final confirmation.
Step 3: Make payment
Once you are satisfied with the proof, we will send you an invoice via email. Payment has to be made in full to proceed printing. Payment options: - Credit Card - Direct Debit - Cheque - Cash
Step 4: Get it delivered
We will send out the items through overnight courier once your payment has been cleared. Depending on the courier's circumstances delivery can take up to 1-3 working days. Physical address would be needed for delivery, couriers don't do PO Box.
TO CREATE A BRAND NEW DESIGN "I don't have any existing design"
If you want to create a brand new card, please email us with all details that you want to put on the card, such as logos, names, contact details, and images. Please provide some ideas about how you want the card to look like. If you can't be bothered to think about it at all, just simply let us know what your business is related then we will do the rest for you.

Please read these terms & conditions carefully. By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by the terms & conditions stated below and all relevant laws and regulations relating to our services and use of this website.
RESPONSIBILITYPrint Colourama (“We”) will endeavour to provide products of acceptable quality and matching their description.
However, no guarantee shall be given to exactly match a print production with a colour proof because of variances in proof preparation methods and substrates.
The customers will not include any text, image, graphic, design, trademark, service mark, or any copyrighted work of any third party in their products unless they have obtained the appropriate authorisations from the owners.
The customers are responsible for obtaining all necessary authorities and consents to reproduce pictures, artwork, photographs, copyright text and/or any other reproducible materials prior to instructing us to reproduce the same.
We have the right to refuse printing of any matter which, in our opinion, is or may be illegal or defamatory in nature or in breach of the Fair-Trading Act 1986 or any other statute or any provision thereof.
PROCESSIt is recommended that the customer should confirm all instructions in writing for accuracy of instruction.
All payments must be made in full prior to process.
Order cancellations cannot be made after process has started with customer’s confirmation.
In the event that delay or any issue in process occurs, We will inform the customer of this as soon as possible to discuss options to resolve it.
We are not liable for errors in the finished work where a proof has been submitted to and approved by customer.
COMPLAINT & REFUNDAny complaint regarding products supplied shall be made in writing within 10 days of receipt of the products. If the products are faulty, you have the right to request reprinting or refund. - Customer must take the item back to us as soon as possible. - When reprinting, We reserve the right to reprint the job to the original specifications of the original job.
PRICINGPrices are subject to change due to changes in supplier prices, logistics, wages, taxes or any other factor beyond our control. PRIVACY & SECURITYWe are committed to ensuring that customers’ privacy is secure and protected. We have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to secure customer’s information We have. COPYRIGHTUnless negotiated and agreed in writing, the copyright of general artwork, commissioned artwork and illustrations and anything else that were prepared, developed or created by Print Colourama shall vest in and belong to Print Colourama. Print Colourama may use any artwork or printing produced by itself for the purposes of promoting itself. HEALTH AND SAFETY IN EMPLOYMENT ACT 1992 ("HSEA")Print Colourama shall be responsible for the actions of its staff in terms of section 15 of the HSEA. The customer shall be responsible for compliance with the HSEA in the premise of Print Colourama.
